Dr. Simone K. Frey
Simone is founder and managing director of NUTRITION HUB, think tank and expert community. She connects experts, startups and companies to develop actions for the future of nutrition.
Before, she had built the lab tech startup BioAnalyt from pilot phase to profitable business, has worked for investors and led the transformation of the European Nutrition Leadership Platform. She is advisor at Farm & Food 4.0 as well as at EIT Food Rising Food Stars.
Simone holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition from University of Potsdam and Columbia University and a General Management degree from ESMT business school.
Dr. Tim Tolsdorff
Dr. Tim Tolsdorff is not only a real "foodie", but above all an expert in the fields of content marketing and corporate publishing. His work focuses on integrated content strategies, internal communications, employer branding, executive communications and cross-media format development. He particularly enjoys realizing complex infographics as part of a team.
Previously, he headed the overall editorial department of the digital content agency Axel Springer Corporate Solutions and, as Editor-in-Chief, was responsible for the employee media of the publishing house Axel Springer in Berlin. Before working in content marketing, Tolsdorff was a journalist for almost 20 years, working for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Spiegel Online, among others.
He holds a doctorate in media history, and his work on the founding years of the illustrated magazine "stern" and the title's trademark and editorial roots in the Nazi era caused a media stir.
Dr. Marie Ahluwalia
Marie has been supporting early-stage startups in the foodtech and healthcare sectors for over six years. She built the business intelligence unit of a tech enabled fast fashion start-up for over three years.
Marie is a medical doctor with focus on clinical nutrition. With many years of clinical experience in Germany, England and India she has an excellent understanding of application-oriented issues.
Marie is author of the book PLANT.BASED. - the first book in the German-speaking market addressing plant-based nutrition and sustainability. Marie studied medicine and did her doctorate at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
Meike Schnell-Schintag was responsible for the food law of the private labels of the Bahlsen Group and was part of the innovation management team there. For the past three years, she has been advising international food companies in particular on the application of food law in Germany and the EU.
As a mentor at Startup Teens and at the EDEKA Food Tech Campus, she supports food startups from the idea to the product launch.
Meike studied Nutritional Sciences at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and General Management (EMBA) at the Nordakademie Graduate School in Hamburg.
