1. Anneleen Kuijsten - Sustainable Nutrition Expert and Professor

Anneleen is a well-known expert on the topic of sustainable nutrition and is a professor at Wageningen University & Research. She is involved in designing and adapting courses on healthy and sustainable diets, focusing on food-based dietary guidelines and food systems, and on basic epidemiological courses. She was a former researcher on projects such as healthy nutrition, sustainability, and deriving SHARP – sustainable, healthy, affordable, reliable, and preferable diets for European citizens.

2. Hans De Steur - Socio-Economic Expert on Sustainable Nutrition

Hans is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Agricultural, Food Marketing, and Chain Management at Ghent University and dedicated to the topic of plant-based and sustainable nutrition. Currently, he is part of the Smart Protein Project, where UGent is involved in the consumer science pillar, along with Armando Perez-Cueto (University of Copenhagen) and Kai-Brit Bechtold (PROVEG). Their lectures, workshops, seminars, and projects are based on the latest scientific findings on sustainability and plant-based resources and spread on an international level. 3. P.K. Newby - The Nutrition Doctor

Articulate, inspiring, and energetic - “The Nutrition Doctor”, P.K. Newby is an internationally recognized nutrition expert on plant-based diets and disease prevention. P.K. is a scientist, an author, a powerful science communicator, and an entrepreneur with decades of experience researching and educating people about why what we eat matters, from farm to fork. She brings together her passions for art and science, cooking and performing, on her blog The Nutrition Doctor is In the Kitchen, to create a healthier and more sustainable world, deliciously, in all the ways she can - while cutting through all the junk-science and nutrition myths out there.

4. Julieanna Hever - The Plant-Based Dietitian

An experienced registered dietitian, with a demonstrated history of working as a leader in the health and wellness industry. Popularly known as “The Plant-Based Dietitian”, Julieanna holds a Master's degree in nutrition and is a passionate advocate of a whole-food, plant-based diet, and combining her biggest passions for food, performing, and helping people. Julieanne is a nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine and has authored five books about a plant-based diet and its positive effects on health. Not only in her blog - - but also on Instagram and Facebook, she helps people transition to a well-balanced, sustainable nutritious whole food, plant-based diet for optimal health.

5. Sharon Palmer - The Plant-Powered Dietitian

Well known as "The Plant-Powered Dietitian", Sharon has established an award-winning career in the field of plant-based nutrition and sustainability. She is a widely recognized registered dietitian, author, speaker, professor, advisor, and media expert. Sharon shares her knowledge and expertise through her blog, on Instagram and Facebook. Furthermore, Sharon is working as the nutrition editor for Today’s Dietitian - a food magazine, faculty associate for Sustainable Food Systems Program at Prescott College, a nutrition consultant for several organizations such as AICR and Oldways, and as a co-founder of Food and Planet.

6. Sherene Chou - Plant-based Dietitian and Chef

Sherene is an award-winning dietitian and chef who is on a mission to challenge the food system and build a more sustainable world through plant-based nutrition education. Holding a masters degree in nutrition, Sherene works as a Nutrition Consultant focused on building sustainable nutrition initiatives with plant-based brands, has co-developed the first certificate of training on sustainable food systems for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and teaches at California State University, Los Angeles and USC Keck School of Medicine. 7. Sadia Badiei - Plant-based Dietitian and Foodie

Sadia is a Canadian foodie and dietetics graduate from The British Columbia University, currently living in the Netherlands. Sadia is the founder of an amazing vegan website Pick Up Limes whose mission is to make a nourishing plant-based lifestyle accessible to everyone. On the blog and channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube she shares resources on living a vibrant and uncomplicated life fuelled by plant-based foods and shares simple vegan recipes that are nutritious, delicious, and visually appealing.

8. Karin Gibson - Dietitian and Plant-based Nutrition Coach

Karin has an incredible passion for good food and wellness, and that passion shines through each post on her blog and Instagram. After working for a few years as a clinical dietitian in Sweden, Karin found her passion and used the power of plants to help people develop a lifestyle that optimizes health and prevents disease. She specializes in helping parents with nutritional guidance and practical tips for a healthy plant-based diet for children as well as women during maternal age.

9. Melissa Gray - Vegan Dietitian

Melissa is a vegan dietitian, wellness enthusiast, and passionate about delicious plant-based foods, and sustainability – with an exclusively vegan online nutrition consultancy. She is a former nurse, and now an accredited practicing dietitian, with a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Newcastle. On her personal blog as well as on Instagram, she speaks in detail about her interests, new insights, current trends, and knowledge - everything in relation to plant-based nutrition and disordered eating.

10. Ella Mills - Entrepreneur and plant-based advocate

With her world-famous blog - a resource to help people eat better by adopting a whole-foods, plant-based diet and her positive attitude towards life, Ella delights millions of people. She is an entrepreneur and plant-based food advocate, currently pursuing her training as a naturopathic nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Ella’s journey started as a personal blog and has now evolved into an app, a collection of recipe books, series of podcasts, and a range of plant-based food products that are now sold in stores worldwide. Her personal diet and life change towards clean eating and plant-based foods was the successful way out of her illness and the trigger of her professional career.
